Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - German Language at C1 Level

Your Day-to-Day with Us

• Monitor and steer performance campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Criteo, and App stores towards our company goals.
• Testing Enthusiastic! You keep yourself updated on the latest trends and developments and love to propose and design A/B testing.
• Create reports from different sources like Google Ads and GA4 when working internally or with other stakeholders.
• Develop strategies based on the company goals and market development.
• Analyse competitors and trends while working with the team on leveraging data and identifying opportunities and threats.
• Analyse user behavior: Monitor engagement and conversion metrics in GA4 to expand or adjust our performance campaigns.

Our Ideal Colleague

• Desirable degree in business, marketing, or similar.
• Between 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on search and display.
• Creative and willing to continuously test.
• Enjoy working on a dynamic team acting as a team player!
• Solid spoken & written German language (at a native or professional level) & English skills. French and/or Spanish languages are always a plus.
