Your Tasks
- Liaison function between countries and central teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Support for operational steering of the global agency to enable smooth operations and alignment with global goals.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Analytics, MarTech) and strategic partners such as Google and Meta for leveraging expertise and resources.
- Streamlining and standardization of processes and tools to establish scalable and efficient workflows across multiple markets.
- Promotion of a learning culture by organizing interactive expert roundtables and workshops for knowledge-sharing, empowerment of digital marketing teams, and driving innovation.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies (economics, marketing, business informatics, or similar).
- Several years of professional experience in performance marketing in e-commerce, with in-depth expertise in App marketing and ideally in Search/Shopping/PMax ads.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with international teams and manage stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the user journey in data-driven marketing and how channels like social media, price comparison, Display, and Video ads influence customer decisions.
- Ability to think analytically, interpret complex data, and translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize performance.
- Experience with tools like Google Marketing Platform, feed management and optimization, DCO, CDP is a big plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to high standards and quality work.
- Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. Additional languages like German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish are an advantage.
