This is a hands-on role for a data-driven performance marketer ready to take ownership of growth campaigns across the DACH region. If you live and breathe Google Ads, love tinkering with attribution models, and want to build scalable demand-gen from the ground up - this one's for you.

The Opportunity

This global SaaS company helps eCommerce merchants scale with a powerful platform that automates listings, order management, shipping, and more. Trusted by over 27,000 customers, their modular solution integrates with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and eBay. Now, they’re doubling down on growth across DACH and hiring a performance marketing specialist to lead the charge.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and optimise paid media campaigns across Google (and later Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Implement tracking infrastructure (GTM, UTMs) and ensure attribution is spot-on
  • Test, learn, and scale what works – A / B, bid strategies, creative, funnel flow
  • Build custom audiences and retargeting flows to drive lead conversion
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM and analytics teams to feed insights into the funnel

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media execution, with deep knowledge of Google Ads
  • Technical expertise in campaign setup, analytics, and attribution (GTM, CRM integration)
  • Native or fluent German, strong English, and an instinct for messaging that converts
  • Strong ownership mentality – you thrive in autonomous roles
  • Bonus : experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce across the DACH region
