Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re expanding rapidly, and to support our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid social media ads strategy — with a strong focus on Meta Ads and solid budgets. You’ll lead the transition from agency-led to in-house execution, driving performance across key channels by combining data, strategic thinking, and creative testing to unlock sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns — with a primary focus on Meta Ads — to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Analyze performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Display to identify key growth opportunities and channel-specific insights.

  • Manage the collaboration with external agencies during the transition phase, with gradually moving campaigns in-house and building internal capabilities.

  • Regularly deliver clear, data-backed performance reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders

  • Develop and implement a solid testing framework across creatives, audiences, and formats to continuously improve campaign performance and ROAS.

  • Scale secondary channels such as Pinterest and TikTok through structured experimentation and performance-driven strategies.

  • Leverage analytics and attribution tools (GA4, TripleWhale, Dema.ai) to evaluate channel impact, guide decision-making, and inform budget allocation.

    ABOUT YOU

    You’re a senior performance marketer with a strategic mindset and strong executional drive. You thrive at the intersection of data and creativity, and you're eager to take full ownership of performance campaigns that drive real business impact. You're proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable steering both strategy and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce or DTC environments

    • Proven success scaling Meta Ads campaigns with significant budgets and a sharp focus on efficiency and ROI

    • Familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, or Display campaigns — and a strategic view on how to grow these channels

    • Advanced analytical skills and strong command of tracking, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, TripleWhale, Dema.ai)

    • Ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies and creative directions

    • Confident working independently, with a proactive, solution-driven approach to challenges

    • Experienced in briefing and collaborating with designers, copywriters, and content creators to build high-performing assets

    • Strong communication skills; fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
