Front Row Group is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Consultant to drive client growth with a strong focus on Amazon Vendor Central from Hamburg. You’ll lead client projects, develop growth measures, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to maximise performance and client satisfaction.

You will own client relationships, guide teams with Amazon expertise, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with hybrid work and remote options.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of professional experience in e-commerce, with strong emphasis on Amazon (Vendor Central)
• Agency, consultancy, or large-brand marketplace selling experience preferred
• Ownership of projects and strong customer orientation
• Client-facing role experience and ability to explain complex topics clearly in English
• Self-motivated with continuous learning and analytical/problem-solving mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Be the client’s co-pilot and lead projects focusing on Amazon Vendor Central

Our Marketplace Management team is currently looking for a motivated Senior Ecommerce Consultant (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• You will be your clients' co-pilot and take full responsibility for their projects, specializing in Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring successful outcomes

• You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on e-commerce and Amazon-related topics while developing and implementing growth-focused measures

• You will set up cross-divisional measures (product data/content optimization, marketing and paid media campaigns, CRM, analytics) to enhance project success and client satisfaction

• You will support colleagues in their client projects by sharing your Amazon channel expertise and contributing to the overall success of the team as well as take over the role of the account lead for your own clients

Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience and expertise in e-commerce, with a strong emphasis on Amazon (Amazon Vendor Central) - hybrid 1P/3P experience is a plus

• You have ideally gained experience in an agency, consultancy, or with a large brand involved in marketplace selling

• You demonstrate a commitment to taking ownership of projects and excel at managing operational support processes, showcasing a highly customer-oriented approach

• You thrive in client-facing roles and feel energized by interactions, not drained by them – explaining complex topics in simple terms is one of your strengths

• You are a self-motivated individual with a thirst for continuous learning, expanding your knowledge base daily

• You possess strong analytical capabilities, conceptual strength, and a solution-oriented mindset

• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
