Performance Marketing Manager – German-speaking | Berlin / Remote | eCommerce

We're supporting a fast-growing consumer platform that’s shaking up the property space with a bold, creative model for home ownership. Backed by a well-established parent company and on a mission to scale across Germany, they’re now hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to supercharge their digital acquisition engine.

You’ll take the lead on media buying, own performance across key channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, Native Display), and manage healthy budgets to hit ambitious growth targets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling high-impact campaigns in a startup-style environment.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Own and optimize paid channels across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Native Display
  • Define KPIs and align performance strategy with broader business goals
  • Set up tracking infrastructure and drive reporting accuracy
  • Run, test, and refine campaigns continuously for maximum impact
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to enhance creative and channel effectiveness
  • Explore and test new channels to diversify the media mix
  • Conduct market / competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities

What we’re looking for :

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong budget management, KPI focus, and data-driven mindset
  • Confident using tracking and reporting tools
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, fast-paced mindset – ideally with startup or scale-up experience
  • Familiarity with video marketing and building performance assets
  • Bonus : experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliates or Email
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
