Plurio develops an AI agent for media buying teams to automate analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok. It integrates with client data and ad accounts to improve ROAS and reduce manual workload.

The senior leader will guide the team, train the AI agent, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the agent's decision-making and workflows. Fluent English is required for client communication.

The platform integrates with internal backend data and ad accounts to improve ROAS and reduce manual workload for businesses across sectors such as fintech, healthcare, edtech, and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and the agent to drive growth in client metrics;
• Improve and train the AI agent by shaping its methodology for data reading, signal analysis, and decision automation;
• Build media buying logic into the agent's workflows and rules;
• Collect and implement best practices from personal experience, the client portfolio, and market research;
• Collaborate with the product team and AI marketing engineers to improve the agent cycle by cycle;
• Onboard client teams and manage workflows, rules, and processes within the agent;
• Communicate with Heads of User Acquisition, CMOs, and performance marketing leads to provide training and identify new opportunities;
• Manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns for clients, utilizing the agent as the execution layer.

Qualifications

• Managed $1M+/month in Meta ad spend, including strategy, structure, testing, and automation;
• Deep understanding of Meta's internal mechanics, including signals, auctions, account structure, and optimization logic;
• Experience managing a buying team of at least 3-4 people, including media buyers, analysts, and creative producers;
• Proven experience working with automation layers, including in-house builds or external service integrations;
• Expertise in consumer funnels across mobile, web, web-to-app, and app-to-app setups;
• Experience building or co-building creative factories for Meta, including analysis and testing mechanics;
• Fluent English for professional communication with clients;
• Nice to have: Experience defending decisions at the CMO level.
