Jobtailor is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager focused on Meta Ads to drive account growth from audit to scalable strategy. You’ll design test roadmaps, measure across business metrics, and deliver data-driven insights.

You’ll work with AI-assisted tooling to build hypotheses, run experiments, and present clear recommendations to founders. If growth bottlenecks lie outside ads, you’ll advise alternatives and keep client progress on track.

• Operational and strategic command of Meta Ads — campaign architecture, optimization objectives, creative testing — and able to explain decisions using business metrics.
• Think in systems: hypothesis → test → learning → next test.
• Work with AI daily — own prompts and workflows; explain where AI speeds you up and where you don’t trust it.
• Understand incrementality (new-customer control) and why last-click is misleading on long journeys.
• Willing to learn and demonstrate exactly that within the first 90 days with us.
• Able to push back: you don’t just agree to scaling targets, you lead the client.

• You reverse-engineer the customer journey for high-ticket products: micro-conversions as signals, post-purchase surveys, time-lag measurement.
• You build test roadmaps with AI assistance.

• You develop growth hypotheses (segment → mechanism → missing set-piece) and evaluate creative performance beyond vanity metrics.
