If you are a data-driven strategist motivated to grow your expertise in web campaigns, then we’re looking for you! As Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in scaling our digital campaigns and optimizing our marketing spend to drive growth and profitability.

This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Mission

1. Execute, manage, and optimize advanced performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels and countries.
2. Utilize analytics and data-driven reporting to enhance the performance of each channel.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement campaign initiatives as well as with in-house designers or external agencies to create compelling digital assets for campaign use.
4. Develop and test new campaign hypotheses, assess their outcomes, and scale successful initiatives.
5. Communicate key results, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, while continuously staying informed about channel advancements and incorporating industry trends.
6. Identify new growth opportunities (new channels, new markets) and proactively pursue them.

Your Profile

1. 2+ years of experience in managing and optimizing UA campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Meta, Google, ASA, TikTok, etc.
2. Excellent analytical skills, fueled by a data-driven mindset and a love for uncovering insights through A/B testing.
3. Proven ability to develop creative and innovative strategies for customer acquisition.
4. Skilled in allocating budgets efficiently and effectively to meet and exceed KPIs.
5. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tracking technologies such as pixels, SDKs, ad tags, and familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and attribution models.
6. Creative thinker with an eye for crafting catchy visuals that are primed for UA and engagement.
7. A passion for performance marketing and the ambition to proactively stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technology.
8. A self-motivated and goal-oriented way of work with a great eye for detail and a sense of ownership.
