As Performance Controller for the Offshore Operations business in Germany, you are responsible for coordinating the controlling activities for the Trident cluster of three offshore wind farms.

About the role

• Operational planning and reporting, including mid-term planning for the Trident cluster.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Advise site managers to improve financial performance and asset value.
• Manage, develop, and coordinate reporting and planning processes for the Trident business area.
• Undertake projects to standardize and develop reporting practices for the new combined business.
• Liaise with internal departments within RWE (Accounting, Tax, Central Controlling) and external stakeholders.
• Act as a financial business partner for offshore management to identify innovative solutions and support business development.

Job requirements and experience

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or similar experience.
• Several years of professional controlling experience with strong knowledge of offshore wind value drivers.
• Advanced numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
• High level of self-organization, engagement, energy, and flexibility.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office.
• Ability to work effectively across different countries and cultures.
