Overview

We are seeking a Perfect Store Manager TT / AfH (m/w/d) to join our team. The Traditional Trade and Away from Home channels are strategic growth areas for PepsiCo Germany. The Perfect Store Manager translates brand strategies into sales priorities in coordination with key stakeholders, and leads the development of the Picture of Success for each brand and channel, including KPIs for Key Accounts and Sales teams. The role involves tracking and reporting these KPIs monthly, reporting progress to management, and collaborating with Category Management, Trade & Shopper Marketing to implement activation measures to meet targets.

Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Developing the Picture of Success with KPIs for categories like CSD, Energy Drinks, Iced Tea, Snacks, in alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinating the Picture of Success across all categories with senior stakeholders.
  • Monthly KPI reporting with data from various sources and presenting in business reviews.
  • Segmenting store coverage and prioritizing store clusters for executing the Picture of Success.
  • Participating in product innovation projects and defining go-to-market strategies.
  • Designing effective measures to achieve KPI targets based on analysis of drivers.
Qualifications

Experience and skills required:

  • At least 4 years in Perfect Store, Category Management, Insights, Sales, or Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience with Traditional Trade and Away from Home channels.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, especially Shopper and Trade Marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.

  • Commercial acumen, resilience, and stress tolerance.
