St. Luke’s University Health Network, the region’s largest and most established health system, a major teaching hospital, and one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals, is seeking a per diem physician for the Pediatric Nephrology division to provide weekend call coverage and vacation coverage. Remote work options, including pager call only, are available, with additional in-person clinic coverage options.

Position Requirements:

• The Pediatric Nephrology division seeks a per diem physician for weekend and vacation coverage.
• Remote work with pager call coverage is available, along with options for in-person clinic coverage.

• Partnership with DaVita Dialysis offering the region’s only pediatric dialysis services (PD and HD), including outpatient dialysis rounding.
• Establishment of St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital at the Bethlehem Campus, a proud member of the Children’s Hospital Association.
• Multiple pediatric care locations, including inpatient, neonatal, emergency medicine, and specialty services.
• A 17-bed inpatient pediatric unit, an 8-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and a 6-bed Pediatric Emergency Department expanding to 11 beds.
• A team of pediatric specialists across 40+ areas, many located at the Pediatric Specialty Center.
• Growing pediatric nephrology practice supported by a strong referral network.
• Multiple NICUs across campuses, including a Level III NICU at Bethlehem and Anderson.
• Coverage area serving over 320,000 emergency care patients annually across 12 hospitals.
