Job Description:

As our Manager, People Technology, you'll lead the charge in driving technological advancements within Workday, focusing on people processes and services, specifically in the areas of Workday HCM and Compensation, including reporting. Your responsibilities include configuring, developing, and enhancing Workday functionalities and automation. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Workday development and maintenance, aligning with People Tech strategy and Wolt's objectives. Your role involves designing scalable people processes and leveraging Workday capabilities to support organizational growth.

You will collaborate across functions, lead projects, and ensure solutions are deployed successfully to streamline processes, improve scalability, and enhance user experience.

Wolt is currently engaged in a Workday redeployment with DoorDash, combining the organizations' Workday systems. This presents a unique opportunity to be part of a significant, global Workday implementation journey.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead your functional area within the Workday team, focusing on HR capabilities.
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage development sprints and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics development.
  • Build collaborative relationships and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Own your functionality areas in the product roadmap.
  • Work with colleagues across different locations in a diverse team.

  • Experience with Workday Benefits and Extend is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of core people processes and user-centric design.
