About the role

As a People & Talent Partner, you will play a key role in enabling our people and teams to succeed. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, strategic HR partner, and hands-on supporter across the full employee lifecycle.

People Support & HR Business Partnering

  • Be the first point of contact for employees and team leads on all people-related matters.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance, growth, well-being, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with leadership to align people's strategies with business goals.
  • Organize and carry out regular people meetings.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with our global HR team on recruitment topics.

HR Operations

  • Manage contracts and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies and ISO standards.
  • Provide an outstanding onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Act as a local point of contact for our office management

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years experience in HR/People Partnering roles, ideally in a fast-paced or creative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and HR best practices.
  • Strong background in German labour law.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and digital tools.
  • Empathy, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent German (min. C1)and English skills.

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
