A Short Note from Your Future Lead

Müge Arslantürk - Head of People

Hi there!

I'm Müge, currently serving as Head of People at Flexa & Entrix.

Originally from Turkey, I moved to Germany in 2015 to build a new chapter of my life. My academic background is in Psychology (BSc and MSc). However, I made a deliberate shift into business—a decision that continues to energize and inspire me.

Over the past years, I’ve built my career in fast-paced tech startups across various stages of growth—from 20 to over 200 employees. These environments have challenged and shaped me, and I’ve grown both professionally and personally thanks to the brilliant people I’ve worked with.

What drives me today is building People practices that are high-impact, business-aligned, and designed to scale. I care deeply about clarity, ownership, and creating environments where individuals can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

In addition to my People leadership work, I’m also a certified professional coach, supporting individuals and teams in their growth journeys. Coaching allows me to bring even more depth and perspective to my work—and it’s a craft I pursue with as much purpose and intention as my People role.

A few principles I work by—and expect my team members to share:

  • People work cannot happen in isolation—it must be deeply connected to the needs and realities of the business.

  • As People team members, we are first and foremost part of the Flexa & Entrix Team, not a separate function. Understanding the business is not optional—it’s foundational.

  • Every individual, regardless of role or level, is here to create impact. Our role is to support and challenge the organization to ensure that happens in the most effective, human, and sustainable way.
