Interim People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner

Contract role until mid-December (extension possibility to be confirmed)

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Interim P&O Business Partner to support our organization during a dynamic period of transformation. If you're passionate about people, processes, and driving positive change, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle within the support area
  • Address both operational and strategic HR matters in close collaboration with local management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Analytics, and HR Services
  • Guide and support managers in effectively using all HR tools and systems
  • Collaborate constructively with local union representatives, including preparing company policies and supporting negotiations
  • Actively contribute to ongoing restructuring initiatives
  • Lead and participate in projects aimed at fostering a positive corporate culture and enhancing employee engagement
  • Continuously review, standardize, and optimize HR processes, workflows, and policies

What You Bring:

  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of German labor law
  • A proactive, open mindset with a strong commitment to employee well-being
  • High level of initiative and creativity
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
