TYTAN Technologies is seeking a hands-on People Operations Specialist in Munich to own first-tier employee support and grow into broader People Ops responsibilities. You will handle employee inquiries, HR documentation, benefits administration, and payroll support while maintaining highly confidential data.

We expect 1-2 years in HR/People Ops, with fluent German and strong English. The role offers a hybrid setup with a modern Munich office and opportunities to expand across HR operations.

As People Operations Specialist, you'll be a hands-on part of that foundation, owning first-tier employee support while growing into broader People Operations responsibilities.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Employee support & documentation: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and own HR-related documentation, including Arbeitsbescheinigungen, EZB, Zeugnisse, and other employee documents.

• Benefits & HR administration: Handle employee questions around benefits and support the day-to-day administration of benefits and other HR processes.

• Employment contracts: Support employment contract processes, including preparing new contracts, amendments, and related documentation.

• Payroll: Support payroll-related processes and data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.

• Keep employee data accurate and up to date: Maintain personnel master data and documentation with a high level of precision and confidentiality.

• Take on different responsibilities: Get involved across HR Operations and take ownership of new topics as they arise, constantly getting involved in different areas, figuring things out, and getting things done.

• Learn and grow: Build experience across the employee lifecycle and take on increasing responsibility as you develop.

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role.

• Ownership & initiative: You take responsibility, follow things through, and proactively solve problems rather than waiting to be told what to do.

• Fast learner & hands-on mindset: You pick up new topics quickly, enjoy figuring things out, and are happy to jump into different areas and take on new responsibilities.

• Reliable & detail-oriented: You’re highly organized and precise, especially when working with employee data, contracts, payroll, and other sensitive information.

• Strong communication skills: You’re approachable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast paced international environment

• Fluent German and strong English, both written and spoken are required.
