Job summary

TYTAN Technologies is seeking a People Operations Specialist in Munich, focusing on first-line employee support, documentation, and broader HR responsibilities. You will help manage employee data, payroll processes, and employment contracts while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in HR/People Operations, fluent German and strong English, and a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset suitable for a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Ownership and taking initiative in resolving issues.
• Fast learner who can adapt to new topics quickly.

Responsibilities

• Employee support & documentation: be the first contact for inquiries and own HR docs (Arbeitsbescheinigungen, EZB, Zeugnisse).
• Benefits & HR administration: handle questions around benefits and assist with administration.
• Employment contracts: assist with contracts, amendments, and related paperwork.
• Payroll: support payroll-related processes and data accuracy.
• Maintain personnel master data with precision and confidentiality.
• Take on different responsibilities across HR Operations and new topics as they arise.
• Learn and grow: build experience across the employee lifecycle and increase responsibility.

As People Operations Specialist, you'll be a hands-on part of that foundation, owning first-tier employee support while growing into broader People Operations responsibilities.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Employee support & documentation: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and own HR-related documentation, including Arbeitsbescheinigungen, EZB, Zeugnisse, and other employee documents.

• Benefits & HR administration: Handle employee questions around benefits and support the day-to-day administration of benefits and other HR processes.

• Employment contracts: Support employment contract processes, including preparing new contracts, amendments, and related documentation.

• Payroll: Support payroll-related processes and data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.

• Keep employee data accurate and up to date: Maintain personnel master data and documentation with a high level of precision and confidentiality.

• Take on different responsibilities: Get involved across HR Operations and take ownership of new topics as they arise, constantly getting involved in different areas, figuring things out, and getting things done.

• Learn and grow: Build experience across the employee lifecycle and take on increasing responsibility as you develop.

• 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role.

• Ownership & initiative: You take responsibility, follow things through, and proactively solve problems rather than waiting to be told what to do.

• Fast learner & hands-on mindset: You pick up new topics quickly, enjoy figuring things out, and are happy to jump into different areas and take on new responsibilities.

• Reliable & detail-oriented: You’re highly organized and precise, especially when working with employee data, contracts, payroll, and other sensitive information.

• Strong communication skills: You’re approachable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast paced international environment

• Fluent German and strong English, both written and spoken are required.
