Your Responsibilities
- Employee lifecycle & data management: Accompany our employees from signing the contract to onboarding and through offboarding processes. This includes careful contract creation and seamless support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Ensure all relevant personnel data is maintained accurately and up to date in our HR system.
- People Operations processes: Support the development and implementation of People Operations processes tailored to our fast-growing environment. Your goal is to ensure that our globally expanding team always receives the necessary support in a timely manner.
- Compliance and policy management: Ensure HR processes and policies comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Support updating policies as required to meet legal requirements and reflect company values.
- Support for managers and employees: Handle daily tasks such as onboarding new employees, creating and adapting employment contracts, certificates, and references.
- International People Operations: Always think globally. As our team grows in countries like Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK, adapt People Operations processes to local needs, regulations, and cultural specifics.
Your Experience
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally in a dynamic, high-growth environment, with a solid understanding of operational best practices.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and labor law in Germany; familiarity with other regions is a plus.
- Initial experience with HRIS systems, preferably Personio; ability to effectively implement new HR technology solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in using HR metrics to gain insights and improve processes and employee experience.
- Excellent social skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
- Experience in project management with an agile mindset for implementing cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in German and English, capable of handling complex discussions and documentation in both languages.
