Jobbeschreibung

  • You are responsible for preparing national and international payrol l in collaboration with our service providers in each respective country (Germany Italy Poland France Spain Austria & USA)
  • You act as a trusted advisor to our employees and managers on all labor law and contractual matters
  • You liaise with our legal counsel when needed and support the implementation of new labor and contract law requirements
  • You are responsible for creating developing and reviewing HRrelated documents
  • You work with international law firms to draft bilingual employment contracts for new employees abroad
  • You ensure our contract templates are up to date and continuously improve them in terms of content
  • You support the further development of Personio which is our HR management system

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree or further training in payroll accounting human resources or business administration or labor law
  • You have already gained experience with international payroll accounting
  • You have several years of experience in a labor law personnel function in which you have drawn up employment contracts and contract adjustments yourself
  • Your strengths include a responsible and structured way of workin g combined with high quality standards
  • You communicate fluently in German and English
