Your tasks:

• Leadership and Accountability: Take disciplinary, organizational, and budgetary responsibility for a pool of business analysts in an agile environment (SAFe/Scrum)
• Employee Development: Encourage both professional and personal growth of your team members, promoting self-organized and accountable work practices in close collaboration with the responsible Capability Manager Business Analysis
• Cultivating Trust: Support and foster a feedback-oriented culture of trust with open communication structures and clear expectations
• Collective Growth: Strategically work on the development of all business analysts in your team in collaboration with the Capability Manager Business Analysis, other People Leads and the ART Leadership
• Proactive Collaboration: Ensuring future-oriented and needs-based cooperation with other agile leaders for the further improvement of our agile organization

Your profile:

• Education: Successfully completed a degree in Business Science, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar education and training
• Experience: Several years of relevant practical and leadership experience, particularly in the context of business analysts teams (SAFe/Scrum), preferrable in the industrial insurance industry
• Global collaboration: Regular experience in working and collaborating with international partners and stakeholders
• Business Analysis Skills: In-depth knowledge of business analysis and requirements engineering methods as well as user experience methods, experienced in teaching and coaching in business analysis-related context
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership personality focused on collaboration, mentoring and empowerment, entrepreneurial and interdisciplinary way of working
• Communication Skills: Well-developed communication and conflict management skills
• Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
