ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a People Analyst to join our People & Culture team. If you're passionate about turning data into actionable insights, love building scalable systems, and feel at home working across HR, tech, and business teams-this is the role for you.
What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and present data-driven reports and dashboards to help inform strategic People decisions
• Collaborate closely with our HRIS Specialist to optimise and manage Personio (our HRIS)
• Conduct deep data analysis on key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, hiring trends, etc.)
• Own data integrations between HRIS, payroll, ATS, and other systems
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across systems
• Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and design solutions
• Translate complex data into simple, compelling insights for HR and leadership teams

ABOUT YOU

• 4-5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Data, or a related analytical role
• Proficiency with HRIS systems-experience with Personio is a strong plus
• Strong skills in data visualisation, reporting, and analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, etc.)
• Experience with data integrations and automating workflows
• A passion for data storytelling and an eye for actionable insights
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
