We are looking for a People Experience Manager to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be at the heart of our company culture, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our employees. You will manage office operations, coordinate memorable events, organise travel arrangements, and provide a best-in-class onboarding experience for new team members. What you will do:

  • Onboarding:

    • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported.

    • Prepare onboarding materials, organise orientation sessions, and coordinate first-day activities.

    • Serve as a point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and providing guidance.

    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to personalise onboarding plans and ensure alignment with company values and culture.

    • Continuously improve the onboarding program based on employee feedback.

  • Office management:

    • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised, clean, and welcoming environment.

    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain efficient workflows.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related issues, liaising with facilities, IT, and other teams as needed.

    • Implement and maintain processes to optimise office space and resources.

  • Event planning and coordination:

    • Conceptualise, plan, organise, and deliver company-wide events, team-building activities, and celebrations.

    • Develop creative and engaging programs to enhance employee morale and foster a sense of community.

    • Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality experiences.

    • Solicit feedback post-event to improve engagement and satisfaction continuously.

  • Travel coordination:

    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, ensuring smooth and efficient itineraries.

    • Maintain a travel policy and ensure compliance across bookings.

    • Negotiate with travel providers to secure the best rates and services.

    • Provide support for travel-related challenges, including changes or cancellations.

Workplace:Berlin & Onsite

We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
