As a People Data Analyst at Forto, you will be at the forefront of transforming our People function through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. In this key role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to key metrics such as employee recruitment, engagement, performance, and retention. You will engage with dynamic cross-functional teams and work closely with colleagues across both Asia and Europe to implement effective people strategies that support our business objectives. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making and help shape the future of our organization.

You will
  1. Collect, manage, and analyze all employment-related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee demographics, performance, engagement, retention, and other key metrics;
  2. Develop and maintain people metrics for regular reporting and ad hoc analysis, presenting findings to key stakeholders across the company;
  3. Provide data-driven insights to assist in workforce planning, productivity measures, and performance/talent management programs;
  4. Support all people-related projects and processes by leveraging comprehensive data analysis;
  5. Collaborate closely with Finance, People Business Partners, People Operations, and Forto’s People Leadership to ensure alignment and integration of people analytics with broader business strategies;
  6. Lead and support People analytics projects, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of insights;
  7. Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented People initiatives and strategies, making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights;
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in People analytics and data management to continually enhance the effectiveness of people analytics at Forto.
What you bring
  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in People analytics, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company;
  2. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in People data management;
  3. Proven ability to translate data and trends into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders;
  4. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills;
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
  6. Ability to advise and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across an organization with 40+ nationalities in Europe and Asia;
  7. A proactive, can-do attitude with a builder mentality;
  8. Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them from inception to completion.
