Job summary

Neura Robotics in Metzingen is seeking a People & Culture Operations Expert to act as the central interface between HR Operations, managers, and employees, ensuring high service quality and efficient HR processes.

You will own HiBob configuration and data quality, drive process improvements across the employee lifecycle, and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners. Fluency in German and good English are required; experience in HR systems is essential.

• Several years of experience in HR Operations / HR Services.
• Strong hands-on experience with HiBob and across the employee lifecycle.
• Structured, service-oriented, and solution-driven way of working.
• High affinity for systems and data with strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in German; good English.

To strengthen our People & Culture team, we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Operations Expert (f/m/d) who lives operational excellence, further develops HR services, and acts as a subject matter expert for our HR processes and our HR system HiBob.

In this role, you will be the central interface between HR Operations, managers, and employees. You will ensure a high level of service quality, optimize processes, and actively develop our HR operations landscape.
