Job summary

Vetaion is seeking a People & Culture Manager to build our people function from the ground up and work closely with the Founder on hiring and org strategy. You will shape a culture that blends business, engineering and our production environment at Munich's doorstep.

You will scale the P&C function across hiring, people ops, and related processes, delivering HR tooling and procedures that support rapid growth in a fully automated production setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university with top grades.
• Get things done mentality: prioritising progress and results over process.
• Humble, low ego, not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Multiple years of experience in People and Culture.
• All-rounder with experience across all P&C areas: hiring, people ops, and everything around it.
• Strong communicator: native German and fluent English.
• Ownership through ESOP.
• Scaling from 0 to 1: you shape how this company works.

Vetaion is building a fully automated production facility for control cabinets in Munich. We use digital twins and robotics to automate the manufacturing process, orchestrated by VetaionOS, our own operating system for the factory.
