Your Tasks:
  • You build the bridge between data science, People & Culture, and business operations, leveraging advanced analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making, optimize workforce management, and enhance organizational performance.
  • You establish a comprehensive data and reporting system that provides real-time dashboards for stakeholders including People & Culture and sustainability.
  • You champion the adoption of people analytics within WEPA and cultivate a data-driven mindset across the organization.
  • You implement a strategic workforce planning system to optimize resource allocation by conducting systematic forecasts of workforce demand and supply scenarios.
  • You conduct a comprehensive assessment of current social and people-related sustainability practices and define a roadmap to close existing gaps.
Your Profile:
  • Qualification: You have a university degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience and Know-How: You are proficient in data visualization tools. You have a broad knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (CSRD, Ecovadis, Social Accountability Standards). You possess project and stakeholder management skills. You have strong business acumen translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Personality: You are a team player with excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and an open work environment.
  • Working Style: You thrive in both independent and team-oriented work settings. Your structured approach ensures high-quality deliverables and efficient project management.
  • Languages: Fluent English is essential, and good German skills are preferred.

We believe it is vital for team bonding and company culture that our HCM team works at least twice a week in Arnsberg-Müschede. Therefore, this is a requirement for the job.
