About the role:

We seek an experienced People Business Partner for our Product team, passionate about fostering growth in a fast-paced tech environment. You will advocate for employees, advise leaders, and champion our culture, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR & management practices, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Mentor and coach Product leaders, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Manage HR processes and policies within the Product team, ensuring effective staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, and career progression.
  • Lead change initiatives, including HRIS system implementations, organizational restructuring, and HR projects like grading and performance management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in tech; strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Proven success in leading HR initiatives, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and managing resistance.
  • Adaptability to high-growth, evolving environments; quick learner.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships across all levels, including with Product leaders.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive initiatives collaboratively.
  • Ownership mindset, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Russian.

First 90 Days Outcomes

  • Establish HR practices for performance management, engaging stakeholders and building a project plan.
  • Develop and implement a career planning framework for the Product team.
  • Support HRIS deployment (Lattice), ensuring high adoption.
  • Build trust through expertise and execution.

First-Year Milestones

  • Create a strategic plan for People function growth within Product.
  • Align HR and Talent Acquisition efforts for company-wide initiatives.
  • Implement core HR processes like performance management and succession planning.
  • Enhance management capabilities to support organizational change.
