That’s where we help. At Overstory, we use AI and advanced satellite imagery to pinpoint and prioritize vegetation risks before they materialize. By giving utilities critical analysis on those risks, we’re helping prevent outages, reduce wildfire risks, and accelerate the transition to a safer, more resilient grid.

As a People Operations Manager, you’ll ensure that all people operations for our team in North America run smoothly - from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You’re the beating heart of the People team, approachable and responsive to any questions from our Overstory team in your geography. You’ll be able to smoothly navigate local complexities while making the overall experience feel aligned with Overstory’s values. You’ll work hands-on delivering excellent day-to-day operations, guide managers with people-related questions, and drive improvements to help us scale effectively as we grow.
You’ll be part of a small but mighty People team, working closely with the Head of People. Together, we foster a culture where everyone can be their best selves. We value innovative thinking, simplicity, effectiveness, and a human-centric approach.

We are 72 people from 15 nationalities, working remotely across nine countries, including the US, Netherlands, UK, Ireland, Estonia, Portugal, France, Sweden, Denmark, and Canada. We gather once a year in person and occasionally meet for collaborative in-person sessions.
