The P&C Business Partner role acts as a strategic partner and advisor supporting the country leadership team, as well as local and global business leaders. The focus is on delivering local and global initiatives aligned with CHC objectives.

Please note that this position is fixed term for 2 years.

Main responsibilities :

  • People Strategy : Advise, coach, and influence business leadership teams to bring the people agenda to life.
  • Contribute to Global SWP for GBU and GF by providing insights from the country, including input and review of local hiring plans.
  • Project Management and Delivery - Focus on People & Culture priorities within the country.
  • Coordinate and manage in-country projects to address people challenges or enhance capabilities aligned with CHC.
  • Manage business and organizational changes locally.
  • Talent Management - Drive talent initiatives with local leaders, including talent reviews and succession planning up to L4 roles.
  • People Manager Development - Ensure managers lead and develop their teams through key activities and online tools.
  • Leverage local people insights to inform initiatives and provide customer voice for global projects.
  • Promote Sanofi DEI and culture through local initiatives, considering legal and cultural contexts.

Complex case management (by exception).

Encourage all line managers and employees to use ESS / MMS and Service Now proactively.

Experience : 3-5 years of HRBP experience, including membership in leadership teams and experience negotiating with works councils.

Soft and technical skills : Knowledge of organizational design, development, and HR tools. Field service skills preferred. Structured, independent thinking, confident demeanor, team orientation, resilience, and flexibility. Capable of planning and executing HR projects.

Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or economics with a focus on HR management.

Languages : Very good German and good English skills.
