Job Description:

The Role

As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement, supporting team effectiveness, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring efficient time management. Your expertise in HR trends, labor laws, and data evaluation will contribute to the success of our HR initiatives.

What you'll do

  1. Develop actionable plans to enable team leads to support their teams' growth.
  2. Implement measures to strengthen connections with company culture, colleagues, and organizational goals.
  3. Promote diversity and inclusion in choices and actions.
  4. Improve the hiring process as a strategic partner to hiring and talent managers.
  5. Provide leaders with tools and guidance to effectively manage their teams.
  6. Supply leaders with necessary information for team management.
  7. Support managers in utilizing LucaNet Leadership tools effectively.
  8. Facilitate communication, training, and employee support during organizational transformations.
  9. Ensure regular and efficient communication with all stakeholders.
  10. Report progress and activities accurately using LucaNet's metrics.
  11. Keep systems up to date according to manager and stakeholder expectations.
  12. Set and meet realistic deadlines.
  13. Prioritize important topics amidst high workloads and changing priorities.

What you bring to the table

  1. Demonstrate a track record of relevant HR experience including at least 2-3 years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Experience in salary benchmarking and managing compensation review processes.
  3. Knowledge of German, UK, or Spanish labor laws, with familiarity in multiple European labor laws being a plus.
  4. Provide advice and consultation on standard people processes and matters.
  5. Stay updated on People Business Partner topics and HR trends, translating them into strategies.
  6. Evaluative mindset and experience in data evaluation to assess the impact of people programs.
  7. Excellent communication and networking skills as well as agile and adaptable work style.
  8. Excellent presentation skills paired with a self-assured and impactful presence.
  9. Fluent in English, with proficiency in German being a plus.
