Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leaders and managers across Europe Engineering, Product & Design, and G&A teams to effectively manage a full range of people situations, including performance management, organizational health initiatives, and change management.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships across client groups, quickly earning credibility and developing a deep understanding of the diverse business contexts within European regions, including Ukraine, Germany, and Poland.
• Serve as a vital bridge between European and US counterparts, applying a global lens to the design and delivery of people programs to ensure their effectiveness and cultural appropriateness across all geographies.
• Support critical talent processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and calibrations, collaborating with managers to uphold a high and consistent standard of talent development.
