Introduction: Location: Berlin Salary: 50.000 to 60.000 EUR

As our People and HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless employee experience and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. You’ll help shape how businesses grow, valuing speed, performance, automation, attention to detail, and operational excellence.

Tasks:

  • Own and support all stages of the employee journey, ensuring a positive experience for every JOINer.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by coordinating campaigns and maintaining the careers page.
  • Assist in recruiting commercial roles by sourcing candidates and collaborating with Hiring Managers.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS (Personio) and internal systems, ensuring employee data accuracy.
  • Analyze People metrics to support data-driven decisions and provide insights to leadership.
  • Improve People processes by identifying inefficiencies and developing streamlined workflows.
  • Support HR policy development, enforcement, and review in line with German labor law and internal standards.
  • Coordinate logistics for People initiatives, including trainings, communications, and events.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a People and HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee records.
  • Ability to work independently and develop internal optimization projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Good understanding of German labor laws and compliance.
  • Proactive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
