JOIN Solutions AG is seeking a People and HR Coordinator to enhance HR processes and improve the employee experience in a dynamic startup environment. The role involves managing the employee journey, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with German labor laws. 4+ years in a People and HR Role, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment
Fluent in German (mandatory), with good English proficiency
A strong expertise with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee records
Ability to work independently and develop internal optimisation projects with minimum supervision
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage different priorities effectively
Good understanding of German labor laws and compliance standards
Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment
