We are looking for a People and Development Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in the Human Resources department in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main).

As our People and Development Manager, you will support our Company and Department Leaders in all HR-related processes and issues, ensuring a coherent and modern HR strategy for all permanent employees at GOPA's head office and abroad. You will manage employee data processing, monitor time tracking and absence, oversee learning and development activities, and assist in the hiring process.

Your Profile
  • You have an academic degree in Human Resources or related fields (Business Management, Economics, Law, etc.) or equivalent vocational education.
  • You have some prior work experience, ideally in an operational HR team.
  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in native-level German and very good English.
  • You have good organizational skills and can manage your time effectively.
