Full-time Lead PEGA System Architect - German Speaking (Remote)

Location: Ideally in the DACH region

Salary: 95,000 euros

We are seeking a full-time PEGA System Architect to join our client's team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PEGA, with experience in case management, BPM, Customer Engagement, Pega Integration Wizard, and architecting PEGA solutions. Our client, YourCode, is based in Germany, but this position allows for remote work.

We are looking for a leader—someone who can help shape the team and its direction. A strong technical understanding of the Pega platform combined with a personable approach is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement PEGA solutions
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
3. Develop and maintain PEGA applications
4. Test and deploy PEGA solutions
5. Support PEGA users

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of PEGA development experience
• Experience with Pega Integration Wizard
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and defect management to ensure application stability
