Do you want to guide top executives in navigating their toughest challenges and facilitate impactful discussions? As a SAWOO Peer Group Facilitator/Coach, you’ll create spaces where CEOs, Managing Directors, and Partners can connect, collaborate, and gain fresh perspectives. Lead in-person coaching sessions and host meetups across Europe, fostering transformation and impactful discussions.

If you’ve led teams, built businesses, or established a career in leadership coaching or facilitation—or been part of networks like EO, YPO, TAB Board, or Vistage—this is your chance to join a mission-driven company and help leaders shape their next chapter.

Start Date

We’re ready when you are! Ideally, you can start within a few weeks and participate in a meetup in January or February in Munich, London, or Cologne.

Compensation

Competitive pay of €1,800/day, travel coverage, and flexibility to integrate this role into your commitments.

About SAWOO

SAWOO is a fast-growing, remote-first company based in Munich, with a 15-person team across six countries. We build and run communities for decision-makers in medium and large companies, supporting growth through collaborative learning and networking. We connect CEOs, Managing Directors, and Partners via exclusive peer-coaching groups and curated in-person meetups, helping leaders navigate challenges, grow professionally, and rediscover purpose.

Our portfolio includes seven communities for executives from companies like BCG, EY, Bosch, Porsche, BMW, Amazon, Siemens, and more. By 2034, we aim to have two million active members.

We organize monthly meetups and quarterly peer-coaching sessions in over 15 cities, including Lille, Lyon, Paris, Brussels, Berlin, Denver, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich, Cologne, and Zurich. In 2025, we plan three large community conferences.

Members are also engaged via digital platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and our websites, where we publish posts, newsletters, and blogs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Peer-Coaching Groups:
    • Lead in-person peer coaching sessions every 6 weeks (4 hours) or quarterly (full-day).
    • Guide discussions within groups of 6–10 participants, ensuring collaboration and actionable outcomes.
    • Create a safe environment for sharing challenges and exchanging experiences, providing insights and support.
  • Community Building and Member Acquisition:
    • Proactively engage interested leaders and drive member recruitment to fill coaching groups.
    • Utilize SAWOO’s sales processes and support structures for success.
  • Host Local Meetups:
    • Lead monthly meetups in premium venues (12 per year, approx. 4 hours each, evening).
    • Collaborate with co-hosts to moderate teaser sessions and attract prospective members.
    • Use meetups to foster connections and generate leads for future groups.
  • Drive Member Success:
    • Curate discussions addressing real-world challenges, inspiring innovation, and strategic growth.
    • Support participants in personal and professional reinvention through actionable guidance.
    • Monitor group dynamics to ensure engagement and collaboration.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Over 90% member satisfaction for sessions and meetups.
  • Over 90% annual retention rate of members.
  • 25% of meetup attendees become active group members.
  • Recruit 2–3 new members quarterly.
Your Profile

You are a trusted advisor, skilled connector, and strategic leader inspiring growth among senior executives and teams.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven background in facilitation, executive development, or coaching, with experience managing teams of at least 5 direct reports and over 20 individuals across functions.
  • P&L Responsibility: Managed budgets of €5 million or more, demonstrating strategic and financial acumen.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at engaging senior leaders and cultivating long-term relationships, willing to build your own coaching groups.
  • Active Listener & Facilitator: Curious, thoughtful, creating safe spaces for dialogue.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive, organized, passionate about helping others and growing opportunities.
  • Flexibility & Capacity: Able to lead 12 unpaid meetups annually and manage 2–3 coaching groups.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and/or German; French is optional depending on location.
Preferred Experience
  • Involvement in EO, YPO, TAB Board, Vistage, or similar networks.
