Be our next connector of supply chain aspects between Aptiv plants, customers, and logistics providers for Germany while leading the Customer PC&L Germany Team. This role is located at our German HQ in Wuppertal.

Your role :

• Ensure right product, at the right time, right quantity, and right cost available at customers.
• Manage goods flow (Serial Production, Aftersales, Prototypes) from Aptiv production plant to customer-dedicated warehouses and SILS.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between customers and Aptiv manufacturing locations regarding delivery. Serve as a customer interface to Aptiv PC&L.
• Manage and coordinate emergencies related to delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen good working relationships with customer supply chain teams.
• Conduct monthly analysis of customer scorecards related to PC&L areas (delivery, packaging, labeling, etc.) and implement corrective actions for any gaps.
• Monitor and drive delivery performance (Pickup Sheet attainment) from Aptiv manufacturing plants to SILS/warehouses.
• Monitor and improve aftersales delivery performance, minimizing backorders and VORs (vehicle off road).
• Manage FG warehouse and SILS operations (Just in Time, Just in Sequence delivery).
• Ensure warehouses and SILS operate according to Aptiv and customer requirements.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse and SILS operations through 3PL providers.
• Ensure correct part, time, and quantity delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with packaging and labeling requirements of customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouses and SILS.
• Ensure appropriate level of FG inventory in warehouses and SILS.
• Drive optimization and cost reduction for warehouse and SILS services by eliminating premium services, non-value-added activities, and through continuous improvement workshops.
• Collaborate with corporate logistics and advanced PC&L on sourcing, selection, and implementation of new warehouse and SILS 3PL providers.
• Minimize premium freight from SILS/warehouses to customers by ensuring right stock coverage.
• Minimize E&O of finished goods by maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Business or Economics.
• Work experience in international trade, industrial systems, business administration, logistic business development, or similar.
• 7-10 years of experience in a similar position with an analytical mindset in PC&L management.
• Hands-on experience in trade compliance.
• Experience in the automotive industry, ideally in wiring harness or electrical distribution.
• Strong SAP experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• German language skills are a benefit.
