Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage the Dutch payroll for 1,800 employees as part of a 4-person team. The role combines national responsibility with international collaboration across Europe.

You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing, work with Workday integration, and liaise with external vendors while supporting ongoing process improvements as the company scales.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Dutch payroll experience, international is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Dutch payroll legislation and processing.
• Hands-on experience with large payroll systems such as AFAS/ADP; Workday integration is a plus.
• Excellent data handling and Excel skills to support accuracy.

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to bring their expertise into a growing international organization. Redcare Pharmacy currently employs nearly 3,000 people across Europe, including more than 1,800 in the Netherlands alone. About your tasks:

• Work as part of a 4-person team with shared ownership of the end-to-end Dutch payroll process.
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for over 1,800 employees in the Netherlands, including time-tracking and blue-collar profiles.
• Collaborate with the HR Service team and payroll colleagues from other Redcare countries and contribute to system integration efforts (e.g. Workday).
• Maintain close cooperation with external payroll vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support our growth journey as we scale up professionally.

Qualifications

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in Dutch payroll (international is a plus), ideally within a large or scaling company.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and payroll processing in the Netherlands.
• Hands-on experience with large payroll systems such as AFAS/ADP. (integration experience with Workday is a plus).
• You enjoy working with data, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and use Excel daily to support accuracy and decision-making.
• You bring a pragmatic mindset, enjoy collaborative work, and can work independently when needed.
