Redcare Pharmacy in Kamp-Lintfort is seeking an experienced payroll professional to own the end-to-end Dutch payroll process within our international group. You’ll join a 4-person team and collaborate closely with HR and payroll colleagues across Europe to ensure accurate, compliant payroll for 1,800+ Netherlands-based employees.

The role requires 3+ years in Dutch payroll, deep knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation, and hands-on experience with AFAS/ADP; Workday integration is a plus.

About your tasks:

• Work as part of a 4-person teamwith shared ownership of the end-to-end Dutch payroll process.
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for over 1,800 employees in the Netherlands, including time-tracking and blue-collar profiles.
• Collaborate with the HR Service team and payroll colleagues from other Redcare countries and contribute to system integration efforts (e.g. Workday).
• Maintain close cooperation with external payroll vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support our growth journey as we scale up professionally.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in Dutch payroll (international is a plus), ideally within a large or scaling company.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and payroll processing in the Netherlands.
• Hands-on experience with large payroll systems such as AFAS/ADP. (integration experience with Workday is a plus).
• You enjoy working with data, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and use Excel daily to support accuracy and decision-making.
• You bring a pragmatic mindset, enjoy collaborative work, and can work independently when needed.
