Qualifikationen

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung, idealerweise in großen Unternehmensstrukturen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrechts.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung der monatlichen Lohnabrechnung für die gesamte Region.
  • Bearbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen, sozialversicherungsrechtlichen und steuerlichen Angelegenheiten.
  • Ansprechpartner für Hotelmanager in allen Fragen zur Lohnbuchhaltung.

Your Task:

  1. Preparation, implementation and follow-up of monthly payroll accounting for the entire Eastern region (Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Wolfsburg)
  2. Implementation of registrations and deregistrations
  3. Recording and maintenance of personnel master data
  4. Creation of certificates and retrieval of electronic certificates of incapacity for work
  5. Correspondence with authorities
  6. Processing of labour law, social security law and tax issues
  7. Contact person for hotel managers, as well as for specialists and managers in all matters relating to payroll accounting

Your Profile:

  1. Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally in the environment of larger corporate structures
  2. Initial insights into the tourism industry an advantage
  3. High level of discretion, structured and precise working methods
  4. Confident handling of SAP HCM and MS Office
  5. Team spirit, personal responsibility and strong communication skills
  6. Sound knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
  7. Interest in process optimisation and willingness to actively contribute and take on responsibility
  8. Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English an advantage
