Your role

• Collaborate with Product Specialists to understand and translate country-specific payroll compliance requirements into technical specifications.
• Educate the Product team on legislation and ensure correct implementation through testing.
• Develop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations, addressing new in-country requirements for ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate on upskilling and compliance awareness within the Product team regarding new requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Germany with advanced knowledge of local payroll laws.
• Strong understanding of local payroll and HR regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for explaining complex issues clearly.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in multiple country jurisdictions and supporting multi-region payroll solutions are advantages.
