Job description
Tasks
- Implementation of personnel measures such as hiring, transfers, contract changes and departures
- Creation and maintenance of master data, time management and remuneration data
- Creation of documents as part of defined administrative processes
- Support with payroll accounting, processing special transactions and error analysis and correction
- Processing specialist matters, correspondence and preparing certificates
- Advising employees and managers on legal, collective bargaining and company regulations in personnel administration and payroll accounting
- Collaboration in projects and special topics to optimize HR processes
- General administrative support in the HR area
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training with professional experience
- Experience in the areas of payroll accounting and personnel administration
- Good knowledge of tax and social security law
- Experience in the preparation and maintenance of payroll accounting and in dealing with subject-specific issues
- Detailed knowledge of SAP
- Experience with the SAP HCM payroll system would be desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
- Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) is mandatory
