Qualifikationen

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Payroll & Administration Manager to strengthen our HR team .

What To Expect :

  • You will be part of our dynamic Central Europe People Team, where you'll manage the payroll preparation and administrative tasks for employees in Germany and support other countries in the region (Austria, Poland and Czech Republic)
  • You will ensure a seamless administrative process for onboarding and offboarding, and prepare the payroll for an external payroll provider.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for employees on payroll and administration matters, and liaise with relevant external parties.
  • You will handle reporting, documentation, and certification processes, collaborating closely with our HR business partners.

What You Should Bring :

  • A university degree in Economics, Human Resources, Legal or a comparable certificate with several years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and native proficiency in German.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in SAP HCM module and Workday being highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, international mobility administration (A1), pension schemes, long-term incentives (stock options, shares), payroll obligations, tax codes, and social security requirements.
  • An independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work, with a high sense of responsibility, quality awareness, and results orientation.
  • A business-driven mindset, international experience, and a passion for teamwork.
