Responsibility for a client-related support area and contact person for customers and employees in all payroll-related issues
Creation and maintenance of master data, time management and payroll data as well as document generation within the framework of defined administrative processes
Carrying out payroll accounting for different working hours, working time models and remuneration methods as well as checking payroll accounting
Processing special transactions (pay scale increases, one-off payments, earnings protection) and specialist issues (garnishment, partial retirement, deferred compensation)
Checking the tax and social security liability of compensation payments, allowances and benefits in kind
Checking the calculated data and payroll results, including error analysis and error correction
Processing correspondence with offices, authorities, administrations, health insurance companies as well as employees and HR managers in the branch offices
Clarification of contribution due dates and payment transactions
Preparation of certificates
Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Several years of practical experience in the field of payroll accounting or human resources is desirable
Previous knowledge of public sector pay scales (BAT, TV-L, TVöD) is desirable
Confident handling of MS Office
Experience with Datev LODAS is desirable
Proficient knowledge of German
