What You WillDo :

• Take the lead in onboarding new payment providers, including internal coordination and info flow to Finance
• Own cross-functional payment projects : align IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to simplify processes and enhance customer payment experiences
• Keep tabs on payment provider fees and agreements — ensuring what we’re charged matches what we signed up for
• Build bridges with our external partners : be the go-to person for payment providers and card companies, making sure Finance, IT, Sales, Legal, and Procurement are always in sync
• Support the financial backbone of our operations by reconciling payment reports, aiding month-end closings, and planning annual payment costs

Preferred Background :

Experience

• You’ve steered payment landscapes (payment systems, payment providers) in e-commerce or fintech projects in a mid-sized or large organization for 3+ years, ideally within e-commerce or SaaS.

Hard Skills

• Strong technical understanding of PSP integration and architecture ️
• Solid grasp of financial planning and cost analysis. Experience in currencyrisk management is a plus
• Hands-on with contract monitoring and compliance workflows
• Experience with corporate financial management of credit card providers
