Qualifikationen

• Qualifikation als Patentanwalt erforderlich.
• Starkes Wissen in Telekommunikation, Physik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden.

Aufgaben

• Effektive Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden.
• Patent- oder Gebrauchsmusterrecherche, Erstellung von Anträgen, Verfolgung und mögliche Einsprüche oder Berufungen.
• Erfolgte Durchsetzung der Rechte der Kunden und deren Vertretung vor Gericht.
• Wissensschnittstelle für Paralegal-Anfragen.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with international clients.
• Handle tasks from patent or utility model searches, drafting applications, to prosecution and potential oppositions or appeals.
• Successfully enforce our clients' rights and represent them in court.
• Serve as a knowledgeable contact for paralegal-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• German and/or European patent attorney qualification.
• Strong knowledge in telecommunications, physics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• Client- and success-oriented approach.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English.
