We are looking for a Patent Manager - Patent Litigation (f/m/d) to accelerate STADA's pipeline through your patent activities within our global IP team, contributing to our growth.

What you can expect

• Handle patent-related support for new product launches and existing products, including validity inquiries and cease-and-desist letters from rights holders, and coordinate filing protective letters.
• Work with external patent attorneys to challenge third-party rights through nullity, cancellation, and European opposition proceedings.
• Manage defense strategies in interim injunction proceedings and patent infringement lawsuits in collaboration with external legal counsel.
• Prepare decision-makers for market launches involving patent-related risks.
• Process settlement and license agreements.
• Develop defense strategies and strategies for introducing patent-critical new products.

Who we are looking for

• A degree in chemistry or pharmacy is required.
• Qualified patent attorney or assessor preferred.
• European Qualifying Examination pass is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of European and German patent law is essential.
• Experience in patent litigation required.
• Experience in an industrial company's patent department is a plus.
• Meticulous, reliable, dedicated, and independent working style.
• Sense of responsibility and team ability.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
