Qualifications :

1. M.Sc. or Ph.D. (or similar).
2. Passed EQE (European Qualifying Examination) and/or German Patent Attorney — or started the EQE process.
3. Patent Attorney or associate Patent Attorney with at least 3-4 years of experience.
4. Excellent communication skills in English are required.
5. Experience with business strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship is an advantage.

Candidates must be fluent in German and work out of Germany.
