Zoomlion Europe GmbH is seeking a Parts Manager to optimize regional aftermarket parts operations across Europe, ensuring high parts availability and strong working capital control. You will oversee multi-echelon inventory, supply chain processes, and KPI-driven improvements to support frontline service teams.

You will lead a cross-border team, collaborate with HQ, and drive digital tools adoption for dealer self-service and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in parts management, supply chain, or after-sales within construction machinery/heavy equipment

• Develop and execute capital and inventory strategy for regional aftersales parts
• Manage Initial Provisioning safety stock for new products
• Drive working capital control with turnover targets and cap of <5% of machine sales at maturity
• Lead S&OP for parts, forecast demand, and optimize stock across central and local warehouses
• Oversee KPIs: turnover, obsolescence, fill rate, and implement improvements
• Manage three-tier parts distribution: central DC, local hubs, and mobile pool fleet with 12-hour VIP SLA
• Ensure flawless order fulfillment and backorder resolution
• Oversee warehouse receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
• Implement digital tools to improve dealer self-service and efficiency
• Build and lead a high-performing European parts team
• Coordinate between European operations and HQ parts/supply chain functions

Job Summary The Parts Manager is responsible for the operational excellence and supply chain efficiency of the aftermarket parts business across the region. Accountable for optimizing the multi-echelon inventory network, ensuring high parts availability (>95% fill rate), and strict working capital control to support the frontline Service and PSSR teams.

The manager ensures parts availability drives customer uptime and contributes significantly to the overall service revenue and customer loyalty.

• .Manage and optimize the Three-Tier Parts Distribution Network: the Central Distribution Center (Tier 1), the local Hub Warehouses (Tier 2), and the dynamic Pool Fleet/Service Vans (Tier 3). Ensure precise system tracking and replenishment for fast-moving critical parts within the Tier 3 mobile inventory to support the 12-hour VIP SLA


• tFlawless Order Fulfillment: Support the frontline Service Representatives (PSSR) by executing a seamless order-to-cash process. Act as the backend escalation point for complex dealer parts inquiries, backorder resolution, and emergency VIP parts routing
